Thanks to the staff and family of Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison and Lewis
for the Christmas Wreathes!
Just when we think we've seen it all in ways people support the Colorado Freedom Memorial
along comes something new that touches our hearts again. This Christmas the staff at the
DTC Law Firm of Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison and Lewis decided to raise money
for a local charity by handmaking wreathes. Rick Poorman is the managing partner
of the Denver office and he thought the Colorado Freedom Memorial would make an
excellent charity to receive the donation from their efforts. Led by Jeny and
Matt Crouch, the team of Angels at the firm made and sold enough wreathes to sponsor
three names in the Names of Freedom campaign.
"This was one of the more touching contributions of the year.", said
CFMF President Rick Crandall. "The fact the project came during the Christmas season,
a time when families should be together, made it even more special." "We will not forget
the contribution of these wonderful people and know their efforts will inspire
others to support the Colorado Freedom Memorial."
